Mackey Opticians have two fantastic opportunities for enthusiastic and motivated Optometrists to come and join our team
- Full time position at our head practice in East Belfast – 422 Newtownards Road, Belfast, commencing as soon as possible. We will also consider part-time applications.
- Full or part-time maternity cover commencing in 4-5 months in North Down. This may lead to a permanent position in North Down or one of our Belfast practices
You will have the opportunity to develop your career in an independent practice alongside our experienced team of optometrists and dispensing opticians. You will be encouraged and supported to develop your clinical, dispensing and commercial skills including Prof Cert Glaucoma, NIPEARS and Independent Prescribing. The practices are all equipped with OCT.
Mackey Opticians are a family owned group of independent opticians with opportunities for ambitious candidates. We have 14 practices across Northern Ireland with one franchise. We have a long history of joining up with established family practices including Ruth Robinson’s, Donaghadee and Petticrew Optometrists in Belfast over the last year.
