What You’ll Do:
As an Optical Assistant, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. Your main responsibilities will include:
👓 Assisting customers in finding the perfect eyewear that suits their style and vision needs.
👓 Conducting preliminary eye tests, including measuring pupillary distance and frame adjustments.
👓 Guiding customers through the lens selection process, providing expert advice on lens options and coatings.
👓 Managing appointment bookings and ensuring a seamless flow of patients in the clinic.
👓 Collaborating with our optometrists and opticians to ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient patient care.
