Optometrist Required – Unique Opportunity in Bridgewater, Somerset

Thursday, April 26th, 2012

East Quay Vision is a unique optometrist practice – it is run by two optometrists (Sarah and Edward Farrant) and a group of GPs and is sited in a large GP practice. We combine commercial, traditional eye care with innovation in clinical optometry. We have also recently undertaken formal research on the Somerset Acute Eyecare Service (ACES) and are also about to host our first pre-reg Optometrist.
We are expanding our professional team as we develop more services. We offer an attractive employment package and are flexible in terms of the number of hours (our ideal is 3-5 days a week to include Monday, Wednesday and Friday).
We welcome all applications – whether you want to focus on clinical service development or more commercial services. Ideally we would like you to have three years experience so that you can help support our pre-reg. However we do welcome applications from all including those who are newly qualified.
If you are interested in joining our team please contact Rachel Stark (Manager) on 01278 440 440.
